Digital Services Policy
AstroDOB provides digital astrology, mantra and Lo Shu numerology reports generated instantly online. Due to the nature of digital products, all purchases are considered final once the report has been successfully generated and delivered.
Non-Refundable Digital Services
All Numerology, Vedic Astrology and Mantra Guidance reports created using our online report generator are non-refundable once the report has been successfully generated and delivered.
Refunds for Failed Digital Delivery
A refund will be issued only in the following cases:
Report Not Generated After Successful Payment
If payment is successful but the report is not generated or delivered due to a technical issue, the full amount will be refunded.Payment Success but Connection/Session Lost
In rare cases, payment may succeed but the report may not generate due to sudden internet disconnection, server interruption, or session timeout. After verification, the full amount will be refunded.
To request a refund, the customer must contact support and provide:
Order ID
Transaction/payment details
Email ID used during purchase
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
Refund Policy for Physical Products
Refunds are applicable only for physical products such as:
Gemstones
Rudraksha
Books
Yantras
Other spiritual products sold by AstroDOB
A full refund will be issued if:
The product was paid for but not delivered, or
The product was delivered in damaged condition.
Customers must contact support with:
Order ID
Photos of the damaged product (if applicable)
Delivery details
After verification, the full refund will be processed to the original payment method.
