2. Personalized Reports

Our digital reports are personalized using information submitted by the customer, which may include:

4. Digital Product Refund Policy

Astrology, numerology, Lo Shu Grid, Kundli, and similar personalized reports are digital products created specifically using information submitted by the customer.

Because the report is personalized and generated specifically for the customer, it cannot ordinarily be returned or resold as an unused product.

Customers should carefully verify their name, date of birth, birth time, birth place, and other submitted information before completing payment.

Refunds Generally Do Not Apply To:

• Change of mind after report generation
• Incorrect information submitted by the customer
• Incorrect birth details provided during checkout
• Failure to download an available report
• Dissatisfaction with the interpretation or recommendations
• Different expectations regarding the report
• A report that has already been generated and made available electronically

5. Cancellation Before Report Generation

If payment has been successfully completed but the personalized report has not yet been generated, a cancellation or refund request may be considered depending on the status of the order and applicable law.

Approval of such a request is subject to verification.

6. Duplicate or Failed Transactions

If you are charged more than once for the same order because of a technical or payment-processing error, please contact us with your order and transaction details.

After verification, an eligible duplicate payment may be refunded through the applicable payment method.

A failed transaction where money was deducted by the payment provider will generally be handled according to the payment gateway's settlement and refund process.
